ESC Video Tutorials

ESC Overview

This video shows a 4-minute overview of the Electronic Service Control software.

Dispatching

	Dispatching Overview	This video will show you a quick overview of dispatching using ESC.
	Changing Dispatch Defaults	This video will show you how to change the defaults and other settings that apply to ESC dispatching.
	Qualifying Customers	This video shows how to use the Qualification Screen to access a great deal of information on your customer prior creating a dispatch.

	Working with the Dispatch	After a dispatch is entered into the system, there are various statuses or stages that a dispatch may have, such as Pending, Working, and Complete. This video will demonstrate how a dispatch progresses through those statuses to help you keep track of the stages of work on your calls.
