With this app, you have the ability to track and modify the jobs you’re working on, giving office personnel real-time updates. You can try this app even if you do not currently have ESC desktop software.

You can also use ESC Mobile on Windows Phone 7 and Android Phones. In fact, your service technicians can use the app even if they are using different smart phones. The app also works on BlackBerry 6.0 but with some feature limitations.
